14TH ANNIVERSARY COMPETITION TIME
Cannot believe we are already celebrating our 14th ANNIVERSARY here at Anstruther Fish Bar! It just seems like yesterday we were welcoming our first customers through the doors. To mark the occasion, we are running a competition on our Facebook page ....
It's been a fun and exciting 14 years too. Our family and dedicated staff have worked their socks off to achieve a whole host of awards and recognition .... including the prestigious titles of UK Fish & Chip Shop of the Year and Scotland’s Takeaway of the Year, amongst many others.
We have had lunch with Prince Charles, enjoyed a chat with Tom Hanks, served our future King and Queen, fried fish and chips for Camilla, Duchess of Cornwall, welcomed the King of Sweden, blethered with the queen of daytime TV (our very own Lorraine Kelly), loved our ‘catch-ups’ with Anstruther’s lovely Edith Bowman, ‘talked shop’ with countless celebrity chefs and welcomed hundreds of other famous faces through our doors.
However, we would like to thank ALL our customers for their continued support. To our local customers, day trippers, tourists, overseas visitors, celebrities and Royals alike, thank you so much for your valued custom. We all share that one thing in common .... a love of fish and chips!
